On 29 January 2025, the Media Council for Self-Regulation received a complaint from Miloš Prelević from Podgorica regarding the article “EU Observer: Montenegro under Đukanović’s rule could not join the EU, now membership is realistically expected” published on 08 January 2025 on the portal Volim Podgoricu.

Acting upon a complaint regarding the violation of the I principle of the Journalists' Code of Ethics in the article “Scandinavia Prepares for War: Citizens Receive Brochures on How to Defend Themselves and Stock Supplies”, published on 18 November 2024 on the portal Analitika, the Complaints Commission of the Media Council for Self-Regulation issues the following decision:

The Media Council for Self-Regulation received a complaint from Mr. Adnan regarding the reporting of several Montenegrin media, as well as the N1 portal, in connection with the text "Scandinavia is preparing for war: Citizens receive brochures on how to defend themselves and secure supplies - News from Serbia, the region and the world - N1 info", published on 18 November, 2024.

Acting on a complaint for violation of Principle I of the Code of Journalists in the text "Scandinavia is preparing for war: Citizens receive brochures on how to defend themselves and secure supplies", which was published on November 18, 2024 on the Standard portal, the Complaints Commission of the Media Council for Self-Regulation, makes the following decision
